As per requirements for Grabphic designs, we collect data and information of customers for the following cases:
- To provide for user registration to allow for the user’s identification and the managing of his or her account.
- To create the desired designs as agreed between Grabphic and the customers
- To create and implement the terms and conditions of the website
- Whenever it is necessary to ensure the legitimate interest of Grabphic or third parties
Information provided is at the discretion and agreement of the customer and unless otherwise stated, is subject to full use in creating the designs as ordered.

Grabphic uses one or more outside credit card processing companies to bill you for our goods and services. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Any information shared with Grabphic will only be used in completing the customer’s order. We do not sell or otherwise provide Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.
